Hello everyone,

This year, I am doing my poem a day a little differently. I am writing a new poem every day, and these blog posts will go more in-depth on the process.

The word from the random word generator was FAVOUR

Here is the poem:

Can you do me a favor?
Can you be kind and not nice?
Tell me what I need to hear, not what I want to.
Do not sprinkle me with meaningless compliments
as if it's confetti over a table of party favors 
no one takes home
and we know it was an event you never wanted to be invited to in the first place. 
If you favor people pleasing and over analyzing
 then forget I ever asked. 
But maybe do it anyway as a favor to yourself. 

I think this is the most I have used one of the words that has been generated. This was a fun one to do, so many different definitions of one word. I hope you liked it.
